Current Connections

  1. What was the authors purpose?  Expository/ informative
  2. What is the authors main idea with in the article?  Show the advancement of student and classroom technology used for a more effective and active educational experience
  3.  provide evidence to support his /her main idea? She tells about how students us smart phones, laptops and tablets to take notes and describes other devices geared to electronically learning
  4. What ideas do you agree with?  insert binder case for ipad ifrogz boost and bobble brush they seem like great ideas that will save you time and money and give you peace of mind.
  5. What ideas do you disagree with.power bag, sugar sync and dormify survival kit because not everybody has a smart phone or tablet so if a teacher only does online homework it is very tough for the unlucky ones to find time to work plus all electronics fail no matter how much you back it up or how much you take care of it. it will fail. so if a teachers computer with the class lesson and access to textbooks and other necessary items for class the whole day will be wasted and now the children can not learn.
  6. What connections can you make from the text self. i don't have a smart phone or a computer so I am just stuck using my study hall to gather information and finish my homework before the weekend because there is no way i can get it done at home.  if every school switches from paper to electronics the kids with out the smart phone or the funds to get one are SOL.
  7. How can I become a more active participant in my learning how can i take responsibility for my learning?  Its simple do home work ask questions in class and take the education further than what you get at class. look up information on the Internet or in encyclopedias to gain a better grasp on the foundation of knowledge you already have.
